Nowega is a member of various associations. This enables the company to actively contribute to shaping the political and legal framework of the energy industry.
FNB Gas e.V.
FNB Gas e.v. (Vereinigung der Fernleitungsnetzbetreiber Gas) is the association of all gas transmission system operators in Germany, and has been promoting professional exchange and been a joint representative towards policy, media and the public since 2013.
BDEW
BDEW (Bundesverband der Energie- und Wasserwirtschaft e.V.) is an association of about 1,800 companies in the natural gas, electricity, district heat, water and waste water industries. It represents the interests of the energy and water sector at the international, national and regional level.
DVGW
About 13,000 utilities, companies, authorities and individuals from the gas and water industry are members of the DVGW association (Deutscher Verein des Gas- und Wasserfachs e.V.). It is in charge of the technical/scientific aspects of the gas and water industry.
ENTSOG
ENTSOG (European Network of Transmission System Operators for Gas), an association of European transmission network operators, is based in Brussels. It promotes the harmonisation of the European natural gas market in accordance with EU regulations.
BVEG
The BVEG association (Bundesverband Erdgas, Erdöl und Geoenergie e.V.) is the German association for natural gas, petroleum and geothermal energy and represents the interests of producers and service providers in the sector. It bundles the industry’s various interests and represents them to the outside world.
